Me and the 'C'

Ummmm... so should i say welcome? ok .. Welcome everyone, to my second blog ! the first one ended as soon as it began, pretty much extinct now . m in a new phase of life now... and therefore new blog ... the name? well, it says it all ... and if you are not too cool to understand it , just log into dictionary.com ..

Criminal is a core part of my life - not the 'being' of it but 'understanding' it, 'chasing' it . Doesn't that explain why i went like a fool all the way thousands of miles, with a mammoth bank loan on my head ( more than i could ever pay back!), suffered one year of total agony confined in one single room or arrested by the computer screen; not to mention the emotional torture i had been subjected to from back home (home doesn't always imply family!) ... and almost everything i could never think of in my 20 yr old life - just to study criminology ! I mean, yeah, CRIMINOLOGY . Can you even spell it ? C.R.I.M.I.N.O.L.O.G.Y !!! out of more than the supercool 1 billion people in my country, 75% doesn't know something called 'criminology' exists , and ... 24 % of those who do know, ... the remaining 1.99999999900 % don't know that it is taught (just about anywhere, forget here in India) ... the remaining 0.00000000099 come under the category of 'CAN'T SAY' . and the last 0.00000000001, my dear friends, is ME. you know, the crazy girl, who went ALLLLLLLLLL THE WAY to the Angrezland to study wat i call as the 'C' word.

But i guess it has started to pay off. I've just grabbed an internship at an international organization (Hurray!). It began this week (Double Hurray!! ). though my actual 'work' will began only when the boss Lady 'D' comes back on Monday. I've still to meet her since joining. and as to wat i have gathered about her in these 3 days eavesdropping ( or open vocal downpours) at the office, she's quite really the Lady 'D' .

I guess m not bothered about all these and all of them but ... m really reaallyy reeeeeaaaaaallllyyyyyy looking forward to working here ..... working on my subject ... understanding, chasing, learning developing .... I couldn't have asked for more ... (though Moneywise, anything is always less)

Only thing i can do know is .... get SUPEREXCITED :) ... these 3 days have been really good .. though it was more like a picnic. everyone was/is so welcoming, warm and friendly here. Lets see how it is when the boss comes office . As far as i know, no matter how much work m given, I'd do it .. cos i loved the subject, so i will love the work . or that is wat my hypothesis is ...

For now, you and me can only wait and watch ... and ride with the wave

P.S This blog isnt goining to be only about the 'C' word. As i get to know you, so you will about me. till then, C ya
